1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Medical Disclaimer.
2. What Yr Med is (and isn’t)
Yr Med helps you organise medical information across multiple healthcare providers, and generates summaries and briefs to support conversations with your doctor. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice - see the Medical Disclaimer for full detail.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details and two-factor authentication secure
- You are responsible for the family members you invite to a profile and the permission levels you grant them
- You must be an adult to create an account
4. Subscription and billing
- Free and Full Access plans are described on our pricing page. The Free plan lets you try the product before committing to a paid subscription
- Full Access is billed monthly or annually, as selected at sign-up
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then
- No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a monthly or annual subscription. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anyone other than yourself or the people you’re authorised to manage care for
- Attempt to access another user’s profile without authorisation
- Use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden it
6. Intellectual property
Yr Med and its content (excluding your own data) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the health information and documents you upload.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You can close your account at any time in Settings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
