It started with my own dad, lots of doctors, an ambulance call, and my mum trying to answer questions about his history and medications whilst under pressure.
Between a geriatrician, a cardiologist, a GP, medications prescribed by different providers and more, there was no single place that held the whole picture, so we built one. Not for hospitals, not for clinics. For people just trying to keep track of it all.
