Why Yr Med exists
It started with a family member, lots of doctors, an ambulance call, and then trying to answer questions about medical history and medications whilst under pressure.
Between a geriatrician, a cardiologist, a GP, medications prescribed by different providers and more, there was no single place that held the whole picture, so we built one. Not for hospitals, not for clinics. For people just trying to keep track of their medical details and history.
